'From the Earth' styled shoot with Bows and Chic Magazine Think texture... Think pale earth tones... Think mushrooms... Think high fashion... I had the best time creating the stationery and collaborating with all the vendors on the actual shoot day. The idea behind my contribution was driven by the words 'texture' & 'sustainability'. For the invitation suite I used responsibly sourced and 100% recycled textured paper. The map was stained using Rooibos tea and everything was tied together with cotton ribbon and jute twine. On the envelope you will see my custom line drawing of the beautiful Cipresso Venue. The namecards were attached to driftwood pieces and the table number placed on a stunning darker piece I found in (of all places) a petshop. The welcome sign and menu were printed on 100% cotton canvas fabric and really was the showstoppers for this stationery. The way the welcome sign swayed in the wind and the frayed edges of the menu popped on the plate just made such an impression.
